HeliRides Website Terms

The terms of use for accessing our website (‘HeliRides.co.uk’ or ‘Our Website’) are straightforward and transparent.

1. You understand that Our Website serves as an informational platform to connect users with helicopter rides in the UK and Ireland.
2. All content is provided in good faith, but as flights are subject to numerous factors beyond our control, all information given in terms of ride duration, points of interest etc, is indicative only and your actual flight experience may vary in terms of actual experience, due to these external factors (flight paths or weather conditions on any given day, change of launch site for example).
3. You agree that it is your responsibility to liaise with our voucher issuing partner, Adventure001, and/or your chosen flight venue, to receive the most up-to-date information with regards to undertaking your helicopter ride.
4. You acknowledge and understand that HeliRides.co.uk does not collect personal, including financial, details from you, and as such is not liable for any information you provide in the process of completing a purchase via Adventure001. And in this respect any booking correspondence, grievance or other communication regarding your helicopter ride purchase shall be made to Adventure001 as the Merchant of Record with regards to your transaction.
5. All facts and figures (usually found under the ‘Info’ tab on a location page) regarding minimum age, maximum weight, health considerations for example, are provided as a guide only, and that it is your responsibility to confirm such information with Adventure001 and/or your chosen flight centre.
